1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal peaks), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your pet's new favorite toys every step of the way.
4. International Shipping
Pegaseria is proud to serve pet lovers worldwide.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Pegaseria is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Delivery: Depending on the destination, international shipping can take 10–20 business days.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We work hard to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is often a very small window to cancel or change your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at service@pegaseria.com immediately.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Pegaseria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
